120x40x1000 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x1000 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 50 kg. The section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and one meter long. The unique feature of this pair of cargo forks is that there are four circular through holes with a diameter of 12 mm on the fork surface near the hook, which are used to install auxiliary pushers or cargo clamping devices without the need for additional drilling to damage the structure. After high-frequency quenching, the fork tips are immediately put into liquid nitrogen for cryogenic treatment, which fully transforms the martensite structure, and the surface hardness reaches 52HRC without reducing the toughness. A stainless steel reinforcing rib plate is welded along the length of the back of the fork, and the end of the rib plate is welded to the fork tip to form a closed truss structure, which effectively suppresses the torsional deformation of the one-meter-long fork under unbalanced load. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. Its hook locking pin is changed to a ratchet-type quick lock.

 

 

It can be locked by pressing the handle and released in one second after pulling up. The fork surface does not have any texture, and is plated with hard chrome and polished to a mirror effect. It does not stick at all when pushing sticky goods such as wet cardboard or rubber sheets. Each pair of forks undergoes online acoustic emission monitoring before leaving the factory, and there are no abnormal signals when it is continuously loaded to 4,000 kilograms. The surface is covered with a peelable transparent anti-rust film, which can be removed by the user before installation. With a single weight of 50kg and two internally threaded lifting holes on the fork legs, it can be operated by one person using ordinary lifting eye screws. This specification is commonly used in automatic guided forklifts in fast-moving consumer goods warehouses and low-temperature shuttles in cold chain logistics.
