How to start
1.MATERIAL PREPARATION
The metal coil or sheet is loaded into the uncoiler, and after eliminating the internal stresses through the leveler, it is conveyed to the mold inlet by the automatic feeding device with constant step (accuracy ±0.05mm).
2.Punching and forming
The press drives the mold to close, and completes the processes of punching, dropping and bending in turn, with tonnage control accuracy of ±1%.
3.Post-treatment process
After deburring, cleaning of surface oil, surface plating treatment, box by batch with quality inspection report.
4.Quality Inspection
