● Tooling (Mold) Design and Manufacture.
● Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
● Riveting, Welding, or Screw Tap according to Customer's requirements.
● After finishing the manufacturing process we will test the parts with the Image measurement instrument,Caliper, Angel Gage, etc.
● After making sure all the dimensions can reach the customer's requirements, we will make the surface
treatment process.
● After finishing surface treatment we will test all the parts by workers so that we can make sure the parts which we sell are 100% qualified.
● After finishing testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.
