1.Digital Design Conversion Process

This step begins with importing the CAD model into the CAM software, where the system automatically analyzes the geometric features and generates optimized toolpaths, while setting parameters such as cutting speeds and feed rates, and finally outputting standard G-code instructions.

 
2.Material Clamping and Alignment

We ensure clamping and positioning accuracy by holding the workpiece in a mechanical vise or vacuum chuck, using a contact probe to automatically probe the datum and establish a coordinate system, and working with a laser tool setter to accurately measure tool length compensation.

 
3.Multi-axis linkage cutting

CNC system needs to synchronize the control of 3-5 axes of motion, real-time adjustment of tool inclination to avoid interference, to achieve ± 0.01mm surface accuracy, the typical machining efficiency of three axes compared to the three-axis increase by three times, especially suitable for impeller, aerospace structural components and other complex geometries molding.

 
4.Post-processing and validation

This process includes vibratory polishing to remove microscopic burrs, followed by full-size scanning through the CMM, comparing the original CAD model to generate a deviation report, and controlling critical dimensional tolerances to within ±0.01mm, ultimately ensuring that the part complies with EU standards.
