120x40x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 54 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and one meter long. The fork tip cover of this pair of forks adopts a snap-on design that can be quickly replaced and is fixed to the main fork body by bolts. After wear and tear, you only need to unscrew two screws to replace it with a new cover. The cover body is available in three different materials: nylon for traceless handling, tool steel for heavy-duty operations, and brass for explosion-proof environments. There are left and right symmetrical foot steps cast at the back of the fork surface. The operator can lift the front end of the fork by stepping on the step, making it convenient for a single person to lift it from the ground and put it into the hanging plate without having to squat down and exert force. The hook part is equipped with a self-locking pick to prevent it from falling off. When the hanging plate is pushed into the hanging plate, the pick automatically pops into the lock hole. When pulling out, you need to press the pick with your thumb to unlock it to prevent it from falling off due to vibration. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO.

The lower hook bearing surface is pre-installed with a self-lubricating composite bushing, which is maintenance-free and wear-resistant. Three horizontal color bands are ground out on the upper surface of the fork tip, which are green, yellow, and red, corresponding to the safety area, warning area, and scrap area of ​​the remaining thickness of the fork tip, which can be judged by visual inspection. The surface treatment uses water-based penetrating anti-rust liquid, which has no paint film and retains the original color of the metal to facilitate welding and repair. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, they are rigidly matched for a total length of 1,100 mm. The static stiffness deviation of the left and right two forks is no more than 3%. The 54kg single weight is combined with the flip handle on the back of the fork. When lifted with one hand, the handle can support the fork to keep it horizontal, making it easy to push it into the hanging plate slot.
