120x40x900 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The 120x40x900 ITA/FEM/ISO fork has a single weight of 48 kg, a paired rated load capacity of 3000 kg, a load center of 500 mm, and an installation level of 2A. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 900 mm. This pair of forks is made of Q690D high-strength steel and is integrally die-forged. Its yield strength is 30% higher than that of ordinary forks. Under a full load of 3,000 kg, the elastic sinkage of the fork tip is only 4 mm. The transition area between the hook and the fork body is smoothly connected by a large arc to eliminate stress peaks and has passed one million dynamic fatigue verifications. Two longitudinal reinforcing ribs are forged in the middle of the fork surface, the ribs are 2 mm high, which not only increases the bending stiffness but also reduces the contact area with the bottom of the pallet, reducing pushing resistance. The front end of the fork tip is immediately immersed in graphite emulsion after flame quenching to form a self-lubricating microporous layer. When inserted into the jammed tray, it can be withdrawn without tapping. There is an installation guide slope milled on the side of the hook, which will automatically center when pushed into the hanging plate.

 

 

The head of the locking bolt has a pointer-type torque dial. Tighten it to the green area to reach the specified torque. The inner surface of the lower hook is surfacing with copper-based anti-friction alloy, which will not produce harsh noise when sliding in contact with the hanging plate. The surface treatment adopts solvent-free epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating with a dry film thickness of 200 microns, which is specially used in acid-base neutralization workshops or fertilizer warehouses. Each pair of forks is verified to be 10% overloaded at 3,000 kg before leaving the factory, and the residual deformation is less than 0.1 mm. The single weight of 48 kg allows the operator to use a special cart with a sponge handle for replacement. The bracket at the front end of the cart snaps into the groove on the back of the fork, and is lifted and fed into the hanging plate horizontally.
