100x35x1300 ITA/FEM Forks

The weight of a single 100x35x1300 ITA/FEM fork is 44 kg. The section is 100 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 1.3 meters long. Different from the shorter specifications of the same series, this pair of forks has been accurately calibrated for the natural sinkage of the fork tips under full load, reminding the operator that it is strictly prohibited to use it on shelves that exceed the safety value. Each 44-kilogram unit is designed to eliminate the possibility of single-person transportation. Two lifting round holes are directly forged on the back of the fork, which can be safely replaced with simple lifting rings. The manufacturing process adopts a composite process of cold drawing and roller straightening, so that the side bend on the 1300 mm length is less than 1 mm. Isothermal quenching is used for heat treatment to obtain a lower bainite structure, and the notched impact toughness is 40% higher than ordinary quenching and tempering.

 

 

The surface of the hook is treated with sulfur infiltration, so there is no need to apply additional grease during installation. It can be self-lubricated in place once pushed in. Three longitudinal shallow grooves are pressed out of the fork surface from the middle to the fork tip, which can drain the accumulated water or oil film at the bottom of the pallet and prevent slippery goods from moving laterally when turning. This model has passed both the FEM static warpage test and the ITA dynamic pulse test, and the test curves of each pair of forks are archived for future reference. Applicable scenarios include long fiber board transportation lines, aluminum profile aging furnace loading and unloading, and refrigerated surimi block stacking. 44 kg corresponds to 2A installation level and is fully compatible with the quick-change racks of European reach forklifts and three-way stackers.
