100x45x2100 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x2100 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 83 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and gradually narrows to 20 mm towards the fork tip, with a total length of two meters. Six thermocouples are embedded along the length of each 83-kg fork to monitor the temperature distribution of hot cargo in real time. When the fork surface temperature exceeds 250 degrees, the cab dashboard automatically flashes an alarm and limits the lifting speed. The fork tips are equipped with three sets of independently rotating carbide rollers. The axis of the rollers is perpendicular to the length of the fork. When inserted into the pallet, rolling friction replaces sliding friction. The resistance is reduced by nearly half. After wear, they can be replaced one by one without dismantling the entire fork. The hook adopts a beveled wedge-shaped self-locking structure. After being pushed into the hanging plate, it is automatically wedged by gravity without any lock pins or bolts. When disassembling, you only need to lift the fork handle upwards to release it. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. Its positioning surface is electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy plated with a thickness of 30 microns and a hardness of 550HV.

 

 

The coating is uniform and has no risk of hydrogen embrittlement. The fork surface suppresses arc-shaped water ripples, and a chip removal hole with a diameter of two millimeters is drilled at the trough to prevent iron dust or sand from being embedded and affecting the fit. The surface treatment uses molybdenum disulfide solid lubricating coating, and the dry film friction coefficient is lower than 0.08. When the red hot forging is pushed, the coating is partially ablated but the fork body itself is not damaged. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, a temperature cycle test is performed at a full length of two meters. It is heated from normal temperature to 300 degrees and then cooled. After five repetitions, the residual deformation is measured. The 83kg single weight is combined with the telescopic roller bracket at the base of the fork. One person can pull out the bracket and push it to the hanging plate, then retract the bracket to erect the fork and slide it in. This specification mainly serves the mold replacement of hot die forging presses, the transfer of large rolls after surfacing, and the removal and insertion of aluminum alloy wheel heat treatment.
