120x35x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 74 kg. The section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and two meters long. The upper surface of each 74-kg fork is inlaid with three independently replaceable ceramic anti-slip strips. The anti-slip strips protrude 0.5 mm from the fork surface, and the friction coefficient is as high as 0.7. It also prevents the steel fork surface from directly contacting precision painted parts and causing scratches. After the anti-slip strips are worn, they can be pulled out from the side slot and replaced. A prestressed steel strand with a diameter of 10 mm runs through the inside of the fork along the length direction, and is tensioned with locking nuts at both ends to provide additional prestressing stress for the main fork, reducing the deflection of the two-meter-long fork by 35% under full load. The hook positioning surface is processed with unequal tooth grooves to prevent misinstallation. It can only be pushed in when it matches the rack of the corresponding hanging plate, completely eliminating installation errors. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. There is a mechanical counter at the end of the locking pin.

 

 

The number jumps one digit every time it is disassembled and assembled. When the total reaches 10,000 times, the window displays a red scrap warning. Six through holes with a diameter of 5 mm are drilled above the fork tips as wear limit holes. When the edge of the hole is flush with the upper surface of the fork tips, it will be scrapped. The surface treatment uses a peelable temporary anti-rust film, which can be removed by the user after installation to reveal the original metal surface without additional cleaning. Each pair of forks is preloaded and straightened for a full length of two meters before leaving the factory, and the residual deformation after unloading is measured. With a single weight of 74 kg and the folding nylon rollers on both sides of the fork, one person can push the fork upright to the hanging plate opening, then retract the rollers and use the lever principle to tilt and push in. This specification is commonly used in large wind turbine blade mold transfers, rail vehicle side wall panel storage racks, and aircraft flap assembly brackets.
