100x40x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 50 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 40 mm, and the total length is 1.3 meters. Each pair of this pair of forks has been fully scanned by a laser tracker. The bending directions of the left and right branches must be mirror symmetrical to ensure that the horizontal offset of the fork tips on the 1,300 mm length is less than 0.5 mm. This is the basic requirement for automatic alignment of AGV forklifts. Each 50kg fork has three blind holes pre-buried inside. Users can install strain gauges by themselves to monitor the actual load online and prevent overload operations. The fork surface is covered with a permanent PTFE coating, which has an extremely low coefficient of friction and will not produce an adsorption effect when pushing wet or sticky goods. The entire fork has been cryogenically cooled and tempered three times, resulting in extremely high dimensional stability, and its applicable temperature range extends from minus 40 degrees to plus 80 degrees.

 

 

This model meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM, and ISO at the same time, but an additional grinding wheel over-travel groove is designed at the root of the hook to facilitate users to detect cracks and geometric boundaries during magnetic particle testing on site. The 50-kilogram weight data of each fork is also written into the QR code to facilitate the intelligent warehouse management system to automatically assign replacement tasks. They are packaged in pairs in vacuum aluminum foil bags before leaving the factory to prevent moisture and rust during transportation. Typical configurations are in automatic guided trucks in clean workshops and in cryogenic cold storage stackers in the pharmaceutical industry.
