100x45x1900 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1900 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 76 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and gradually narrows to 24 mm towards the fork tip, with a total length of 1.9 meters. Each 76-kg fork has a through-type dovetail groove cast on the back of the fork, and an external laser rangefinder or camera can be installed to achieve real-time positioning of the fork tip position. There are three stepped wear indicator pins embedded in the top of the fork tips. If the first pin is polished, it indicates that the frequency of inspection needs to be increased. If the second pin is polished, it indicates that it is approaching the limit.

 

 

If the third pin is polished, it must be scrapped immediately. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. A self-cleaning brush is installed on the inside of the lower hook, which automatically scrapes off rust and hard particles on the surface of the hanging board every time it is disassembled, keeping the contact surface clean. The fork surface is pressed with a gradual herringbone pattern, and the pattern gradually disappears near the fork tip, which not only ensures the friction in the early stages of pushing, but also reduces the insertion resistance at the end.

 

 

The surface treatment is made of black hard oxidation and polytetrafluoroethylene sealing. The friction coefficient is as low as 0.1 or less. It does not slip when pushing slippery goods and does not adhere to resin. Each pair of forks undergoes alternating load fatigue verification under a full length of 1,900 mm before leaving the factory, and the number of cycles is no less than 1.2 million times. The unit weight of 76 kg is combined with the folding auxiliary handle at the base of the fork. An operator can hold the handle to lift the front end of the fork and put it into the lower slot of the hanging plate, and then push it in to complete the replacement.
