According to the GB/T 27924 industrial shelf load-bearing test method, under the condition of a single-layer uniformly distributed load of 250 kilograms, there is no obvious indentation or plastic deformation on the contact surface between the column slot and the hanging plate. At the same time, after a horizontal thrust equivalent to 15% of the rated load is applied laterally, the residual tilt angle of the top of the shelf is less than 0.5 degrees, which fully meets the safety margin requirements for daily manual picking and normal operation of hydraulic trucks. In addition, the adjustment spacing every 50 millimeters allows users to freely allocate storage space according to different cargo heights.
