Product Introduction

Strong Metal Brackets are manufactured using the overall casting process of ductile iron. The material grade is QT500-7 according to the ISO 1083 standard. Its tensile strength is not less than 500 MPa and the elongation is not less than 7%. It has both high load-bearing capacity and good plastic deformation ability. It can absorb energy through slight deformation under earthquake or impact loads without causing brittle fracture. The main body of the bracket has an arc-shaped triangular structure, and large-radius arc transitions are used at each intersection, which effectively eliminates the stress concentration at right-angle inflection points of traditional bending brackets. According to the finite element analysis results, this design reduces the peak stress of the nodes by about 40%. According to the ASTM E23 Charpy impact test method, the impact absorption energy of QT500-7 material at minus 20 degrees Celsius can still reach more than fifteen joules, ensuring that the bracket has sufficient low-temperature toughness when used outdoors in cold areas. It is especially suitable for the support and fixation of communication tower foundations and internal equipment in wind turbine cabins in northern regions.

 

 

The surface protection system of this stent is treated by thermal diffusion zincizing and sealing layer. The thickness of the zincizing layer is not less than 50 microns in accordance with ISO 14713 requirements for zinc coatings. It is then coated with a layer of sealing paint containing a silane coupling agent, so that the total thickness of the coating system reaches 65 to 75 microns. According to the combined test method of ASTM B117 neutral salt spray test and ASTM G85 cyclic salt spray test, after the double-layer protection system has undergone forty cycles of accelerated aging tests, there is no red rust on the surface of the bracket and the bonding force between the zinc-infiltrated layer and the matrix still maintains level 4B according to ASTM D3359 cross-hatch method test. The bracket is installed using a combination of pre-embedded sleeves and chemical anchors. The chemical anchors are based on the ASTM E488 test method for the pull-out bearing capacity of anchors. The designed pull-out bearing capacity in C40 concrete reaches 25,000 N. Its load transfer path avoids the welded joints of the bracket body, preventing fatigue cracks in the weld area due to excessive peeling stress. The flatness of each part of the bracket is controlled within 0.1 mm in accordance with the ISO 1101 geometric tolerance standard. After installation, the fitting gap between the bracket and the embedded plate is no more than 0.05 mm, ensuring uniform load transmission. Therefore, it is preferred to be used as the foundation support of large-scale amusement facilities and the auxiliary support of factory crane beams.
