130x35x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 130x35x1300 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 59 kg. The cross-section is 130 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 1.3 meters long. There are three carbon fiber heating belts embedded under the fork surface of this pair of forks, which are powered by the forklift battery. They can maintain the temperature of the fork surface at 5 degrees above zero in a cold storage environment of minus 25 degrees Celsius, effectively preventing ice and frost accumulation from causing cargo slippage. The surface of the heating belts is covered with a thermally conductive silicone grease layer to ensure uniform temperature. There is a replaceable polyurethane silent sleeve at the fork tip, and a steel sounding reed is embedded in the inner wall of the sleeve. When the silent sleeve wears to the extreme thickness, the reed and the fork tip rub against each other and emit a sharp buzzing sound, prompting the operator to replace it in time. The hook positioning surface is treated with micro-arc oxidation ceramics to generate an alumina ceramic layer with a thickness of 50 microns and a hardness of 1200HV. There is no need to apply any anti-seize agent during installation.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The inside of the lower hook is equipped with an eccentric locking sleeve. The rotating sleeve can compensate for the wear gap of the hanging plate. The fork surface is pressed with a shallow U-shaped transverse groove, and a drainage hole is drilled in the bottom of the groove to allow melted water to drain away quickly when pushing thawed seafood or refrigerated meat. The surface treatment uses Teflon non-stick coating with a thickness of 0.3 mm, which makes it easy to clean blood or grease. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the heating tape insulation test and the silent sleeve wear calibration are carried out under the full length of 1,300 mm. With a single weight of 59 kg and the internally threaded lifting holes at both ends of the fork back, it can be replaced smoothly by a single person using a spreader with a balancer.
