100x40x900 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x900 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 40 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 40 mm, and it has a nearly square and thick outline. This design greatly improves the vertical bending stiffness of the fork and is especially suitable for short and heavy goods such as heavy molds, steel coil pallets or engine blocks. The length is 900 mm, which effectively avoids unnecessary overhang and makes the forklift more flexible in turning around in narrow areas. The product meets the three major interface standards of ITA, FEM and ISO, and can be seamlessly installed on European, American and Japanese forklift hanging plates. The weight of each 40 kilogram is medium-level among heavy-duty forks of the same length, and one person can safely carry it tilted. The fork is integrally forged from electroslag remelted steel billet, and the fibers of the hook and fork body flow in the same direction, eliminating the risk of shear fracture. The upper surface of the fork tip has a diamond-shaped anti-slip pattern with a moderate depth, which is anti-slip and does not stick to the stretch film.

After the entire fork is quenched and tempered, the fork tips are partially quenched, forming a mechanical gradient of hard outside and tough inside. The surface coating uses oil-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant chlorinated rubber paint, which is suitable for operation in electroplating workshops or chemical plants. Before leaving the factory, each pair of forks undergoes a pressure holding test of 1.25 times the load, and the residual deformation is permanently engraved on the inside of the fork legs. This model does not have any fine-tuning holes or lifting slots, maintaining the simplest traditional structure to reduce failure points. The unit weight of 40 kg makes it an ideal replacement when upgrading a manual hydraulic forklift to an electric forklift.
