100x45x2400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x2400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 93 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and gradually narrows to 18 mm toward the fork tip, with a total length of two meters and four. Each 93-kilogram fork is formed by direct controlled rolling of continuous casting billets. After rolling, it is cooled by water on-line, eliminating the need for offline quenching and tempering processes. The grain size is stable above grade nine. The transition area between the hook and the fork body is equipped with triangular reinforcements and is engraved with the marine steel certification mark DNV·GL, indicating that this type of fork can meet the stringent inspection standards of shipbuilding and offshore engineering platforms. There are two rows of tapered blind holes drilled on the upper surface of the fork tip, and the holes are filled with fluorescent resin. When the fork surface is worn to the point where the resin layer is exposed, the UV light emits green fluorescence to remind you to stop using it immediately.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The locking groove of the hook is induction hardened and plated with tin-bismuth alloy. After disassembly and assembly thirty times, the locking force attenuates by no more than 5%. The fork surface does not have any embossing or engraving, and is entirely polished to Ra0.8 micron. It is specially used to push photolithography machine substrates or aerospace-grade honeycomb composite materials in dust-free workshops to avoid particle shedding and contamination. Each pair of forks has passed the low-temperature impact test of Det Norske Veritas before leaving the factory. The impact energy at minus 40 degrees Celsius is not less than 40 joules. The single weight of 93 kg requires two lifting lugs to be welded on the back of the fork, and the lifting lugs have been magnetic particle inspected. Only double hooks are allowed to be lifted simultaneously when replacing. This specification is deployed in polar heavy machinery, offshore drilling platform supply, and the transfer station of the top cover of large pressurized water reactor pressure vessels.
