130x35x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 130x35x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 62 kg. The cross-section is 130 mm wide, 35 mm thick at the root, and gradually thins to 24 mm toward the fork tip, with a total length of 1.4 meters. The internal cavity of this pair of forks is filled with a composite damping material of polyurethane foam and lead particles. The three layers are alternately distributed and the thickness is 15 mm. It can reduce the impact noise generated when pushing goods by 18 decibels. It is especially suitable for warehouses surrounding residential areas that operate at night. The fork tip is entirely wrapped in a replaceable silent nylon sheath. A copper wear alarm piece is embedded inside the sheath. When the wear reaches the limit, the alarm piece contacts the metal of the fork tip and emits a high-frequency sound to prompt for replacement. All contact surfaces between the hook and the hanging plate are pasted with 2 mm thick polyurethane elastic pads. After being installed in place, the elastic pads are compressed and absorb the gaps, completely eliminating the clicking sound of metal collision when driving.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. There is a wedge-shaped rubber buffer block on the inside of the lower hook. When disassembled, the buffer block automatically pops the fork back 30 mm to avoid violent pulling. The fork surface is pressed with fine straight lines, with a depth of only 0.2 mm, which produces no wind noise and has good anti-slip effect. The surface treatment uses a matte black sound-absorbing coating to further absorb high-frequency reflected sound. Each pair of forks undergoes a noise test at a full length of 1.4 meters before leaving the factory. The equivalent continuous sound pressure level data of no-load push and full load push is engraved on the fork legs. With a single weight of 62 kg, combined with the handle on the back of the fork and the foldable silent universal wheels, it can be pushed almost silently after the wheels are put down, and can be hooked up after being stowed away.
