120x35x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 63 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 1.6 meters. Each 63-kg fork is inlaid with a pure copper bar with a diameter of 6 mm at the root of the fork surface. The copper bar is insulated from the fork base to form a simple wear alarm circuit. When the fork surface is worn to the point where the copper strip is exposed, a circuit is formed in contact with the cargo, and the cockpit indicator light lights up and a beep sounds. The fork tip is processed into a mixed profile of arc and sharp wedge. The arc segment is used to push plastic pallets, and the sharp wedge segment is used to scoop up slightly deformed ground bulk goods. There is an eccentric adjustment sleeve on the inside of the hook. You can change the depth of the hook and the hanging plate by rotating it with your bare hands to adapt to the wear and tear of the forklift hanging plate of different years. The product meets the three major standards at the same time. Its locking groove is silver-plated, anti-oxidation and feels smooth during installation.

 

 

The heat treatment uses a secondary tempering process to eliminate the residual stress after quenching of the 1.6-meter-long piece. The three-point bending test shows that the elastic modulus is stable. The surface is coated with camouflage green anti-infrared coating, which is suitable for military logistics warehouses to reduce visual detection distance. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, a 1.6-meter-long thermal imaging inspection of stress distribution is performed, and any abnormal temperature gradient areas are judged to be unqualified. With a single weight of 63kg and two symmetrical mushroom head lifting handles on the back of the fork, two people can lift it smoothly by holding one side each.
