130x35x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 130x35x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 55 kg. The cross-section is 130 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 1.2 meters long. The fork tip of this pair of cargo forks can be manually adjusted in elevation by loosening the two locking screws on the side and rotating the eccentric shaft. The fork tip can be infinitely adjusted within a range of zero to six degrees. It is specially used to push pallets with deformed bottoms or scoop up bulk cargo close to the ground. After adjustment, the fork can be locked to return to the standard posture. A row of five mounting holes with a diameter of 6 mm and a spacing of 80 mm are provided on the fork surface near the root, which can be used to install fenders or push-pull attachments without the need for additional drilling to weaken the strength. The hook is equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant lining plate. The lining plate is made of high manganese steel and fixed with countersunk head screws. After wear, only the lining plate needs to be replaced without grinding the hook body. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. There is an automatic cleaning groove on the inside of the lower hook. The edge of the groove scrapes off the iron filings on the hanging board every time it is disassembled.

 

 

The fork surface is pressed with fine mesh knurling, with a depth of only 0.2 mm, which provides sufficient friction without leaving any indentation when pushing gypsum board or calcium silicate board. The heat treatment adopts isothermal quenching and cryogenic cooling at minus 50 degrees, which results in stable structure and excellent impact resistance. The surface is coated with a polyurea elastomer coating with a thickness of 0.8 mm, which is scratch-resistant and can absorb impact noise. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the elevation adjustment accuracy of the full length of 1,200 mm is tested. With a single weight of 55 kilograms and the curved handle on the back of the fork, a single person can pick it up and put it on the hanging board.
