120x35x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 50 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 1.2 meters long. This pair of cargo forks is equipped with a transverse V-shaped cutout 30 mm at the rear end of the fork tip as a wear limit mark. When the cutout disappears due to wear, it means that the thickness of the fork tip has reached the lower safety limit. After each 50-kg fork is shot peened, a compressive stress layer is formed on the surface, which effectively inhibits the initiation of fatigue cracks and extends the service life by 40%. The hook part adopts diffusion vanadium infiltration process, the surface hardness is as high as 2200HV, and there is almost no wear when in contact with the hanging plate. A set of rhombus-shaped rough patterns are pressed on the fork surface near the root area, with a raised height of 0.8 mm, which can effectively prevent the cargo from rushing forward during sudden braking when fully loaded; the fork tip area remains smooth to facilitate smooth entry and exit.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. Its locking pin is changed to a spring bayonet structure, which automatically pops into the lock hole when pushed into the hanging plate. When pulling out, you need to hold the handles on both sides. The surface treatment adopts Teflon coating, which does not adhere to tape residue or label paper, and is suitable for processing recycled cartons or second-hand pallets. Each pair of forks is paired with a total length of 1,200 mm before leaving the factory. The height difference between the left and right forks under a uniform load of 500 kg shall not exceed 0.5 mm. With a single weight of 50 kilograms and the curved handle on the back of the fork, the operator can carry the fork on his shoulder for short-distance transportation, reducing reliance on ground trolleys.
