120x40x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 68 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. This fork adopts the forging residual heat deformation heat treatment process. The final forging temperature directly enters the quenching medium. The grain size is stable above level 10. The comprehensive mechanical properties are better than conventional quenching and tempering. The fork tip is equipped with a replaceable tungsten steel wear-resistant head, which is fixed by two countersunk head screws. When the wear reaches the red warning line, just unscrew the old head and replace it with a new one, without scrapping the entire fork. There is an eccentric adjustment sleeve on the back of the hook. The rotating sleeve can compensate for the 0 to 2 mm manufacturing or wear tolerance of the forklift hanging plate due to long-term use, ensuring that the left and right forks are aligned horizontally. The fork surface presses a spiral oil guide groove with a groove depth of 0.5 mm. When pushing a metal workpiece filled with cutting fluid, the oil flows along the groove to both sides to prevent slipping. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time.

 

 

There is a self-locking wedge on the inside of the lower hook, which automatically locks after being pushed into the hanging plate. When disassembling, press the release pedal with your foot. The surface treatment uses water-based high-temperature resistant silicone paint, which can be exposed to 300-degree hot workpieces for short periods of time without peeling. Each pair of forks is matched for bending stiffness over the entire length of 1.5 meters before leaving the factory. The deflection difference between the left and right forks under a load of 2,000 kilograms is no more than 0.4 mm. With a single weight of 68 kilograms and a hand-operated scissor jack integrated at the root of the fork, a single person can raise and lower the fork to the height of the hanging plate by shaking the handle, and push it horizontally to lock it.
