120x40x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x1600 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 72 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 1.6 meters. Each fork integrates a MEMS three-axis accelerometer and gyroscope inside the hook package to monitor the attitude angle and vibration spectrum of the fork in real time. The data is wirelessly transmitted to the forklift central control screen via Bluetooth 5.0. When the longitudinal inclination angle of the fork exceeds five degrees, the lateral swing acceleration exceeds the set threshold, or abnormal high-frequency vibration is detected, the system automatically issues an audible and visual alarm and restricts the lifting oil circuit, effectively preventing the cargo from tipping or the fork from colliding with the shelf. There are two carbide tapered ejector pins embedded under the fork tip. The tips of the ejector pins protrude 1 mm from the fork surface. They are specially used to pry open heavy-duty pallets close to the ground. When the ejector pins are worn, unscrew the old ones and replace them with new ones. The hook positioning surface is boronized and ground to Ra0.2 micron. After being attached to the hanging plate, it relies on molecular adsorption to eliminate gaps and maintain stability without a lock pin.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time, and has a self-lubricating graphite column array embedded inside the lower hook. The fork surface is pressed with a shallow annular fish scale pattern, and the direction of the pattern alternates to prevent the long pallet from sliding laterally. The surface is coated with water-based nano ceramic paint, which is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the attitude sensor is calibrated and paired with a full-length deflection of 1.6 meters. The height difference between the left and right fork tips does not exceed 0.5 mm. The 72kg single weight is combined with the double-bearing universal wheel at the end of the fork. After lowering the wheel frame, a single person can move it, reach the hanging plate opening, stow the wheel frame and use the hydraulic auxiliary push rod to push and lock. This specification is mainly used for heavy-duty vehicle frame welding lines, large transformer core stacking, and forklift spare attachments on port heavy equipment maintenance platforms.
