120x40x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x40x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 64 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 1.4 meters. This pair of cargo forks has eight sets of piezoelectric film sensor arrays embedded along the length of the fork surface. It can collect twenty pressure point data per square centimeter and transmit it to the cab tablet in real time via Bluetooth to generate a color pressure distribution cloud map. The operator can intuitively see the position of the center of gravity of the cargo and the left and right eccentric load conditions. When the eccentric load exceeds the safety threshold, an automatic buzzer alarm will sound. The working surface of the fork tip is vacuum diffusion welded with a layer of 1.5 mm thick silicon carbide ceramic, which is wear-resistant and does not damage the goods. The edge of the ceramic sheet is equipped with chamfer guides. The hook positioning surface has been processed by precision wire cutting, with a flatness of 0.02 mm. After being attached to the hanging plate, it relies on molecular adsorption to form auxiliary locking, eliminating the need for frequent tightening of bolts.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. There is an oil storage cotton felt on the inside of the lower hook. One injection of oil can lubricate it for one year. There is no anti-slip pattern on the fork surface, and the entire surface is sprayed with polyetheretherketone coating, which has a stable friction coefficient and is resistant to acid and alkali cleaning. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the sensor is calibrated and the pressure distribution uniformity is tested under a full length of 1.4 meters, and the data is stored in the chip. With a single weight of 64 kg and the folding rubber rollers on both sides of the fork back, a single person can tilt the fork to the hanging plate opening, and the rollers will automatically lock after being retracted.
