100x45x1700 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1700 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 71 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and it narrows evenly towards the fork tip, with a total length of 1.7 meters. Each 71kg fork has a built-in hydraulic buffer at the hook end, which automatically slows down when pushed into the last centimeter of the hanging plate, eliminating metal impact sounds and preventing sparks. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. The hook part is treated with residual magnetism, which can absorb rust debris on the hanging board and guide it to a special collection tank to avoid wearing the positioning surface. The lower end of the fork tip is machined with a wedge-shaped bevel and a layer of copper-nickel alloy is overlayed to prevent damage to the fork tip body when prying the deformed pallet.

 

 

Each pair of forks undergoes a 1,700 mm full-length magnetic particle inspection before leaving the factory, focusing on the variable cross-section transition area. The surface treatment is made of hard anodized and Teflon impregnated, which is non-stick and wear-resistant, and is suitable for working in environments with asphalt or resinous viscous materials. It is difficult to lift a single weight of 71 kilograms, so two butterfly handles are cast at the root of the fork, which can be used in conjunction with the balance crane to achieve precise positioning by one person.
