100x35x1700 ITA/FEM Forks

The weight of a single 100x35x1700 ITA/FEM fork is 55 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 35 mm, and the total length is 1.7 meters. This specification is extremely rare and mainly serves the handling of large aluminum alloy profiles for rail transit vehicles and grating panels for offshore wind power operation and maintenance platforms. Each 55-kilogram piece of steel is formed by multi-directional die forging, and the metal streamlines are three-dimensionally distributed along the fork surface and hook, which significantly improves multi-axis fatigue resistance. Since the length exceeds the depth of a conventional heat treatment tank, the fork is heated horizontally in a protective atmosphere and then spray-quenched as a whole with minimal deformation.

 

 

The fork tip sinkage is controlled within 1/400 of the span when the length is 1,700 mm. Each pair of forks undergoes a suspension weight deflection test before leaving the factory, and is marked on the inside of the fork legs. The fork surface does not have any embossing or grooves and remains a smooth surface to prevent scratches on the bottom of the cargo during long-stroke pushing. After the hook is finished according to FEM standards, it is then plated with a nickel-phosphorus alloy layer, which is wear-resistant and will never rust. Two lifting rings with anti-detachment are welded on the back of each fork, which can be replaced with a special crossbeam. This model is compatible with 2A and some 3A level forklift slats, but you need to confirm whether the fork frame width is sufficient. All stamps adopt pin-type dot matrix coding, which does not cause stress concentration. The unit weight of 55 kg must be replaced with the assistance of a monorail crane or forklift, and manual handling is strictly prohibited.
