120x35x2400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x2400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 88 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 2.4 meters. Each 88-kg fork adopts a three-layer composite steel plate welded structure. The upper and lower layers are wear-resistant steel, and the middle layer is made of high-toughness steel. It is laser-cut and formed after explosive compounding, with both surface hardness and core impact resistance. A laser alignment module is installed at the fork tip, which projects two red cross lines to assist the operator in accurately aligning the deep shelf slot from a distance of two meters and four meters, with an error of less than five millimeters. The hook part is integrated with a hydraulic auxiliary installation cylinder. After connecting to the forklift hydraulic pipeline, push the handle to smoothly slide the fork into the hanging plate without manual pushing and pulling. Two sets of spring-loaded anti-rebound pawls are installed near the root of the fork surface. After the goods are pushed to the bottom, the pawls automatically spring up and block the bottom beam of the pallet to prevent the goods from moving backward during transportation.

 

 

The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. The locking pin is equipped with a sensor switch. When it is not locked, the cab instrument will continue to buzz. The surface treatment uses a water-based ceramic coating, which is scratch-resistant and can withstand frequent high-pressure water gun cleaning. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, a two-meter-four-meter-long three-dimensional scan is performed. The height difference and straightness data of the left and right fork tips are generated and QR codes are engraved on the fork legs. The unit weight of 88 kg needs to be replaced with the double lifting rings on the top of the fork and the special balance hanger.
