100x45x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 72 kg. The fork pair has a rated load capacity of 3,000 kg, a load center distance of 500 mm, and an installation level of 2A. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and gradually thins to 26 mm linearly toward the fork tips, with a total length of 1.8 meters. Each 72kg fork is pre-stretched and straightened three times after forging, so that the lateral bending on the 1800mm length does not exceed 1.2mm, and the upper and lower camber is controlled within 0.5mm. A reversible carbide pad is welded to the bottom of the fork tip. One side is flat for ordinary pallets, and the other side is wavy for pushing steel plates or aluminum profiles with smooth surfaces. After the pad is worn, it can be removed and turned over for continued use without replacing the entire fork. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. The locking groove of the hook is embedded with a bimetallic wear piece. When the wear piece is worn through, red primer will be exposed, prompting you to check the locking gap.

 

 

The fork surface suppresses a shallow tapered lattice, and the lattice density decreases from the root to the fork tip, which not only ensures anti-slip when pushing but also reduces insertion resistance. Surface treatment uses manganese-based phosphating and then dip-coating with water-based anti-rust wax. The wax film is self-repairing and does not stain dust. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the deflection is matched under a full load of 3,000 kg. The height difference between the left and right forks must be less than 1 mm. The unit weight of 72 kg requires two people to use the rear-end transport wheels that come with the fork, push it to the hanging plate opening and then stand it up for alignment.
