100x35x2200 ITA/FEM Forks

The weight of a single 100x35x2200 ITA/FEM fork is 67 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 2.2 meters long. This length reaches the engineering limit for this section. Each 67-kg fork must undergo horizontal suspension aging treatment for 120 hours before leaving the factory to completely release internal stress. The straightness of two meters and two is checked step by step by laser interferometer, and the amount of bending within any meter length is not allowed to exceed 0.8 mm. The top of the fork tip is inlaid with a carbide block and equipped with a set of adjustable nylon rollers, which are specially used to push heavy-duty sliding pallets in ultra-deep shelves, greatly reducing insertion resistance. There is an electronic tag groove on the back of the hook, and users can embed an RFID chip to record the load history and detection cycle.

 

 

The entire fork is nitrided and then oxidized black, forming a wear-resistant and non-reflective matte layer on the surface, which is suitable for automated three-dimensional warehouses with complex lighting. Each pair of forks undergoes a three-hour dynamic crawl test under full load conditions to monitor whether there are any abnormal vibrations. Since a single 67-kg fork cannot be operated manually, the center of gravity of the fork is marked with a raised dot stamp, and two lifting eye holes with anti-falling buckles are prefabricated. This model is compatible with 2A hanging plates, but the forklift fork carriage width is required to be no less than 200 mm.
