120x35x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 68 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 1.8 meters. Each 68-kg fork is symmetrically installed with two sets of micro nitrogen springs on both sides behind the hook. When the hanging plate is pushed in, the springs are compressed and store energy. When pulled out, the spring releases the thrust and pops the fork backward. The disassembly force is reduced by 70%, making it easy for one person to operate. The front edge of the fork tip is inlaid with a replaceable silicon carbide ceramic block. The surface of the ceramic block is wavy, which provides stable friction when pushing slippery goods without sticking glue residue. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. Its hook positioning surface is polished with diamond abrasive paste, with a roughness of Ra0.1 micron. During installation, it automatically expels air to form a vacuum adsorption effect, and cooperates with the lock pin to achieve double fixation. The fork surface is entirely covered with a 2 mm thick natural rubber plate.

 

 

There are rectangular grooves pressed on the surface of the rubber plate, which are used to push statically charged plastic workpieces on the sorting line. After the rubber plate is worn, it can be torn off and reattached. The surface treatment is hot-dip galvanizing and chromate passivation, without organic coating. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the nitrogen spring life test is carried out at a full length of 1.8 meters, and it has been continuously compressed and ejected for 5,000 times without leakage. The single weight of 68 kg is combined with the two round vacuum suction cup handles on the top of the fork. A single person can use the suction cup handle to pick up the fork and push it into the hanging plate.
