120x35x2200 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x2200 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 81 kg. The cross section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 2.2 meters long. Each 81kg fork has two T-shaped slots on the fork surface, which can be quickly installed with a wooden or polyurethane sub-plate. The sub-plate is 12 mm thick and is specially used to push fragile foam or precision electronic equipment. When the sub-plate is worn, loosen the end bolt and it can be removed and replaced. The fork tip has a built-in wireless passive surface wave sensor that automatically emits a frequency signal every time it enters and exits the pallet. The cab receiver calculates the remaining thickness of the fork tip in real time based on the frequency offset and gives a voice alarm when it is lower than a safe value. There is a two-way wedge cast on the back of the hook. During installation, the fork is automatically wedged into the slot of the hanging plate using its own weight without any lock pin.

 

 

When disassembling, it can be disengaged by pressing the release pedal with your foot. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM, and ISO. The outside of the lower hook is etched with a laser anti-counterfeiting code, and the authenticity can be verified through the manufacturer's website. The entire fork surface is covered with a 0.5 mm thick heat-shrinkable rubber tube. When replacing the sub-plate, replace it together to keep the surface clean. The surface treatment uses chromium-free Dacromet, which is resistant to salt spray for 1,200 hours. The sensor is calibrated before each pair of forks leaves the factory, and the error is less than 0.2 mm. The single weight of 81 kg matches the two stainless steel lifting eye screw holes above the hook and needs to be replaced with a double hook balance crane. This specification is mainly used for handling LCD glass substrates in dust-free workshops, warehousing aircraft interior parts, and cold stocking forks of large lithium battery stackers.
