120x35x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 60 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. Each 60kg fork has a set of ejectable auxiliary legs hidden under the fork tip. When the fork is removed, the legs automatically pop up and lock, making the fork suspended horizontally. The fork tip is about 30 mm above the ground, which not only prevents wear and tear on the floor but also facilitates implementation. The hook locking device is changed to a centrifugal throwing block structure. When the forklift travels at a speed of more than 5 kilometers per hour, the throwing block automatically opens and compresses the hanging plate under the action of centrifugal force. When the speed decreases, the throwing block retracts for easy disassembly, achieving self-locking during driving.

The product meets three major standards at the same time. There is no oil groove or coating on the positioning surface, and the original metal surface after precision grinding is maintained to obtain the maximum friction coefficient. Each pair of forks is matched for deflection of a full length of 1.5 meters before leaving the factory. The height difference between the left and right forks under full load shall not be greater than 0.7 mm. With a single weight of 60 kg and a universal ball transfer wheel at the end of the fork, one person can push the fork into the hanging plate slot at an angle.
