100x45x2300 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x2300 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 90 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, the root is 45 mm thick, and gradually narrows to 19 mm towards the fork tip, with a total length of two meters and three meters. Each 90-kilogram fork is equipped with five independent sealed air chambers along the length direction, which are filled with nitrogen at different pressures. The air pressure is used to resist sagging caused by self-gravity, so that the two-meter-three-meter-long fork remains absolutely level with the ground when it is unloaded. The working surface of the fork tip is laser clad with a cobalt-based alloy with a thickness of two millimeters, and is processed with a tooth-shaped cutting edge, which can directly scoop up heavy steel plates or stone plates close to the ground. The hook part uses a replaceable hardened steel bushing. When the bushing is worn, you only need to unscrew four bolts to replace it without scrapping the entire fork. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. Its positioning surface is etched with a labyrinth sealing oil groove and is equipped with a self-filling nozzle.

 

 

Each time the forklift is started, a small amount of grease is automatically pumped out to maintain lubrication. The fork surface is pressed with intermittent fish scale patterns, and the depth of the pattern gradually changes from 0.8 mm at the root to 0.2 mm at the fork tip, balancing the needs of anti-skid and low resistance. The surface treatment adopts vapor deposition diamond-like composite coating, which has a hardness of 3000HV and is biologically inert, and can be in direct contact with food-grade goods. Each pair of forks undergoes a two-meter-three-meter air pressure leveling test before leaving the factory. The pressure value of each air chamber is engraved on the side of the fork leg. The unit weight of 90 kg requires the use of quick-change lifting rings welded at the end of the fork and an electric traveling hanger to complete disassembly and assembly.
