100x45x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1500 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 64 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and 1.5 meters long. Each 64kg fork is integrated with a mechanical load indicator at the hook. When the actual load exceeds 90% of the rated value, the indicator window jumps from green to red, which can be clearly identified from the driving position. There is a row of replaceable carbide balls embedded on the upper surface of the fork tip. The balls are slightly higher than the fork surface. When pushing goods, sliding friction replaces static friction, and the resistance is reduced by 40%. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. There is a 90-degree V-shaped centering groove on the back of the hook. When installed, it automatically engages with the positioning pin on the forklift hanging plate to ensure that the front ends of the left and right forks are at the same height.

The edges on both sides of the fork surface are processed with chamfered bevels and coated with yellow warning stripes to remind operators to pay attention to the boundaries of the forks and avoid scratching adjacent goods. The heat treatment adopts stepped isothermal quenching, so that the structure on the 1500 mm length is completely transformed into lower bainite, and the impact toughness is 60% higher than that of ordinary quenching and tempering. The surface treatment uses fluorocarbon paint, which has outstanding UV and salt spray resistance and is suitable for coastal open-air storage yards. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, the full-length straightness image is measured, and the data generates a QR code laser-engraved on the front of the fork legs. With a single weight of 64kg and a double row of zigzag anti-slip bosses on the back of the fork, it can be firmly grasped by a rocker crane with rubber pads.
