120x35x1700 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 120x35x1700 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 66 kg. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and the total length is 1.7 meters. Each 66-kg fork adopts a vertical suspension quenching process. The entire fork is hoisted vertically into the furnace to avoid bending deformation caused by its own weight when placed horizontally, ensuring that the straightness of the 1.7-meter length is better than 0.5 thousandths. A stainless steel sign is riveted on the fork surface near the hook. The sign is engraved with the fork's weighing data, center of mass coordinates and recommended replacement periodic table. The fonts are laser etched and can still be wiped and identified after being covered with oil. The fork tip is processed into an offset blade shape, and the upper plane is indented 2 mm from the lower plane. It is specially used to scoop up aging and deformed wooden pallets or warped bottom boards of plastic pallets without tearing the remaining wood chips. The hook locking pin is designed as a two-color heat shrink indicator sleeve. The green area is exposed when it is locked, and the red area is exposed when it is not locked or loose. It can be visually confirmed directly from the driving position. The product meets the three major standards of ITA, FEM and ISO at the same time. The lower hook load-bearing surface is overlayed with a copper-aluminum transition layer.

It will not produce high-temperature sintering and adhesion when in contact with the steel hanging plate, and there is no need to knock when disassembling. The surface treatment uses water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer and acrylic polyurethane topcoat. The coating system can withstand alkaline cleaning agents once a month. Each pair of forks undergoes a 1.7-meter full-length fatigue test before leaving the factory, with a cyclic load of 1,400 kilograms and no cracks after one million times. The unit weight of 66 kg is combined with the folding roller bracket on the side of the fork. The fork can be pushed flat to the hanging plate opening, and then the bracket is folded and stored in the slot. This specification is mainly used for quick-frozen food stacking in cold chain logistics, long material insertion and retrieval in large-scale warehousing robot floor warehouses, and aircraft cabin decorative panel assembly lines.
