100x35x1200 ITA/FEM Forks

The weight of a single 100x35x1200 ITA/FEM fork is 41 kg, and the installation level is 2A. This specification extends the length to 1.2 meters while maintaining a flat and wide cross-section of 100 mm wide and 35 mm thick. It is mainly used for long-distance forklifts of electric counterbalanced forklifts and reach forklifts. Each 41kg unit is carefully weighted to move the center of gravity of the entire fork backward, reducing eccentric wear of the mast rollers. The fork is formed by precision roll forging, and the thickness slowly decreases along the length direction from the root to the fork tip, leaving precious material in the area with the greatest stress. After heat treatment, each fork is cryogenically treated under negative pressure to precipitate ultra-fine carbides and significantly increase the number of impact resistances.

 

 

Before leaving the factory, it must pass 2 million dynamic fatigue tests, corresponding to 1.1 times the rated load, to ensure that the forks will not crack during long-term high-frequency operation. The surface of the hook was ground and subjected to fluorescent magnetic particle inspection. The allowable gap amount for grade 2A is stricter than the general requirements of the industry. The fork tips are embedded in replaceable wear-resistant steel sleeves. When the contact point with the pallet is worn, you only need to replace the set without scrapping the entire fork. The surface adopts transparent passivation and sealing layer to visually display the original color of the metal, making it easier for inspection personnel to detect early cracks. Each pair of forks is shipped from the factory with an actual measured height difference and straightness data table for the left and right forks, which users can directly use for multi-degree-of-freedom fine-tuning of the forklift hanging plate.
