100x45x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 79 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick at the root, gradually thinning to 22 mm towards the fork tip, and the total length is two meters. Each 79-kg fork is inlaid with a magnetic level indicator strip on the upper surface of the fork leg, which is composed of three sections of permanent magnet materials with different Curie temperatures. When the fork body temperature exceeds the set value, the magnetism disappears and the color of the corresponding area turns to dark gray, reminding the operator to avoid overloading in high temperature environments. There is a replaceable tungsten steel sheath at the end of the fork tip. After it is worn, loosen the top screw on the side to pull out the old sleeve and replace it with a new one, thus protecting the fork tip body from direct impact. The hook positioning surface adopts a bellows-type elastic seal, and is filled with high-viscosity damping grease. An oil film is automatically formed when the hanging plate is installed, which not only eliminates gaps but also buffers impacts. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. Its locking pin is changed to a double eccentric ratchet structure.

 

 

Stepless locking can be achieved by rotating the handle to adapt to hanging plate grooves with different degrees of wear. The fork surface is embossed with a honeycomb lattice with a lattice depth of only 0.5 mm, which prevents debris from being embedded and is easy to clean directly with a high-pressure water gun. The surface treatment uses chromium-free Dacromet, which is resistant to salt spray for more than one thousand hours, while retaining the original color of the metal to facilitate visual crack detection. Before each pair of forks leaves the factory, a static load deflection record of the entire length of two meters is carried out, and each fork comes with an independent deflection curve. The unit weight of 79 kg requires the use of rear-end welded U-shaped lifting lugs and manual balancing cranes to complete loading and unloading. The lifting lugs are affixed with luminous labels.
