100x45x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 60 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.4 meters. Each 60-kg fork has a stress-absorbing groove with gradual depth milled along the entire length of the fork back. The bottom of the groove has a smooth transition, which guides elastic deformation to expand evenly toward the fork tip while ensuring bending strength, and avoids stress concentration at the root of the hook. A detachable nylon scraper is installed under the fork tip, which automatically scrapes away iron filings or sand scattered on the ground when pushing goods to prevent foreign matter from getting stuck between the fork and the pallet. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. There are crescent-shaped positioning grooves milled on the side of the hook, which cooperate with the spring positioning beads on the forklift hanging plate.

When the fork is pushed to the bottom, it makes a clicking sound and has a clear feel, achieving blind installation positioning. A set of concentric circular patterns are pressed on the fork surface near the tip as a visual wear scale. When the patterns are worn flat, it means that the thickness of this area is close to the safe limit. Each pair of forks undergoes a 1,400mm gravity suspension test before leaving the factory. After fixing the hook, the natural sag of the fork tips is measured. If the error exceeds two millimeters, it will be corrected. With a single weight of 60 kg and the trapezoidal handle slot on the fork back, it can be directly lifted and replaced using the fork of a manual hydraulic stacker.
