100x45x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 51 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and one meter long. Each 51-kg fork adopts a bimetal centrifugal casting process. Different grades of wear-resistant steel and tough steel are used for the fork surface and back of the fork respectively. The junction shows a gradual transition, taking into account both surface wear resistance and overall impact resistance. The bottom of the fork tip is inlaid with a carbide strip that extends 200 mm along the length direction, specifically to deal with the severe friction with residual molding sand when frequently entering and exiting the casting sand cleaning table. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. The vertical surface of the hook is laser-textured and the surface is covered with micron-level pits. The grease filled during installation can stay for more than a year without loss.

 

 

Three radial drainage grooves are processed on the fork surface, and the bottom of the groove is tilted outward to avoid water accumulation and corrosion during outdoor operations. The weight data of 51 kilograms is directly cast on the side of the fork to facilitate visual verification by security personnel. The surface treatment uses an anodized composite silane film without any organic coating, making it suitable for dust-free workshops or food contact environments. Each fork is individually packaged in a biodegradable anti-rust bag, with a barcode attached to the outside of the bag. The 51kg single weight allows two people to use a special lifting bar to insert into the flat hole on the back of the fork to change it collaboratively. This model is used all year round for the transfer of heavy-duty papermaking rollers, the storage yard of mining crusher liners, and the spare fork set of empty container handlers at ports.
