100x35x2400 ITA/FEM Forks

The weight of a single 100x35x2400 ITA/FEM fork is 73 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 35 mm thick, and 2.4 meters long. This length forces the fork to use a ground auxiliary wheel bracket when not in working condition, otherwise the fork tip will sag beyond the forklift's safe ground clearance. Each 73-kilogram structure is equipped with three weight-reducing holes running through it along the length to control the weight within an acceptable range while ensuring the bending modulus. Replaceable wear-resistant sliding shoes are welded under the fork tips instead of the traditional fork tip shape, and are specially used to push automated storage shuttle shelves with tracks on the ground. The hook adopts a split structure, allowing the user to make independent fine adjustments of five millimeters on the left and right when the width of the hanging plate is not correct. This is a special design for the ultra-long fork to adapt to old equipment.

The heat treatment method is changed to compression creep straightening immediately after isothermal quenching, and the phase change stress is used to reversely offset the self-weight deflection of the two-meter-four-meter length. Each fork is shipped with a full-length deflection curve chart indicating the actual amount of sag every two hundred millimeters. Since 73 kilograms is far beyond the human capacity, two lifting rings with locking pins are directly cast on the upper surface of the fork, and can only be replaced with a double lifting point electric balancer. This model does not support standard side shifters and must be used with a custom extended attachment rack.
