100x40x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x1100 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 45 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm, the thickness is 40 mm, and the total length is one meter. The unique feature of this pair of forks is that each fork has been independently dynamically weighed and calibrated for the center of gravity. The 45kg data is accurate to one decimal place and is directly engraved on the front of the fork legs. This eliminates the need for users to recalibrate the forklift's load curve table after replacing the fork, saving debugging time. The product meets three major international standards at the same time, and the upper and lower spacing and thickness tolerances of its hooks are compatible with more than 90% of the world's mainstream forklift slats. Different from other specifications, this model is forced to undergo a low-temperature impact test of minus 20 degrees before leaving the factory. Two test pieces are taken from each batch to ensure that the forks will not cause brittle cracking in cold storage in cold areas. The fork surface no longer suppresses anti-skid patterns, but replaceable ceramic particle anti-skid tapes are pasted on them. After wear, just tear them off and re-attach them to avoid rust at the indentations.

 

The chamfer radius on both sides of the fork tip is increased to 5 mm, so that the plastic pallet reinforcement ribs will not be scratched when entering and exiting the double-sided pallet. Each pair of forks is packaged in a recyclable canvas cover, replacing traditional wooden boxes and reducing warehousing waste. The 45kg unit weight allows one worker to safely disassemble and assemble using a portable manual boom, with the lifting point located directly above the center of gravity of the fork.
