100x40x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x1400 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 53 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 1.4 meters. This pair of forks must complete acoustic emission testing before leaving the factory to simulate micro-crack expansion signals during continuous operation to ensure that there are no hidden defects in the 1,400 mm length. Each 53-kilogram piece of steel undergoes diffusion annealing treatment to eliminate macrosegregation in the center of the ingot, so that the fork will not produce local plastic rheology due to uneven composition during long-term use at full load. A replaceable hardened wear-resistant belt with a thickness of three millimeters is welded to the lower surface of the fork tip. When the wear reaches the limit, a red warning layer will appear, prompting the user to replace it immediately. The fork meets three major international standards at the same time, but the vertical supporting surface of the hook is additionally processed with five micro oil grooves for fixed installation scenarios that will not be disassembled for a long time to prevent disassembly difficulties caused by fretting corrosion.

The surface is covered with a layer of electrostatically conductive epoxy coating, and the surface resistance is less than ten to the sixth power of ohms. It is suitable for flammable dust environments such as grain silos or chemical fiber packaging workshops. The 53kg unit weight must be replaced with a special hanger on the forklift, which uses the two precision-cast lifting holes of the fork itself to achieve quick locking.
