100x40x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x40x1200 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 47 kg. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 40 mm thick, and the total length is 1.2 meters. This pair of forks has obtained interchange certifications from three standards organizations at the same time, which means that it can directly replace the original forks on European, North American and Asian forklifts without modifying the hanging plate or gasket. Each 47kg design corresponds exactly to the front axle load limit of a 2.5-ton electric counterbalanced forklift, so there is no need to add additional counterweights after replacement. The manufacturing process uses tellurium-sulfur free-cutting steel, and the hook part is milled and formed in one step without generating residual tensile stress. The rounded corners on both sides of the fork tips are reinforced by a rolling process, forming a compressive stress layer on the surface to resist corner cracking when repeatedly entering and exiting the steel pallet. The length of 1200 mm is completely consistent with the European standard 1200×800 mm pallet. After the fork is extended, the end is just aligned with the edge of the other side of the pallet to avoid the excess length from colliding with the shelf column.

 

 

The fork surface does not have any patterns. Instead, it is polished and coated with a graphite-based anti-friction layer. The friction coefficient with the bottom of the plastic or wooden pallet is precisely controlled between 0.25 and 0.3, which is anti-slip and saves effort in pushing. Each fork must undergo fluorescent penetrant inspection after final processing. The unit weight of 47 kg can be replaced by one person using a simple lifting ring on a manual hydraulic stacker. Anti-collision corner guards are included in the package. This model is mostly found in scrap steel baling stations and heavy-duty carton printing lines.
