100x35x900 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x35x900 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 35 kg. The cross-section width is 100 mm and the thickness is 35 mm. This is wider than the common 80mm wide section, resulting in a wide, flat profile. The contact area between the fork surface and the pallet is increased by nearly a quarter. This design is particularly suitable for handling cartons, foam pads or soft-packed light-bubble goods. It can effectively disperse pressure and avoid local collapse. The fork length is 900 mm and is designed with a wide cross-section. It can be installed directly on an electric pallet truck or walk-behind stacker. This fork also complies with the three major international standards of ITA, FEM and ISO. It can be easily interchanged with mainstream forklift hanging plates in Europe, Asia and North America.

 

Each 35kg weight is accurately controlled. It is lighter than a thick-section fork of the same length, reducing the weight loss of the entire vehicle. This extends the operating time of the battery on a single charge. The fork is integrally formed with rolled wing plates and web plates, with no solder joints throughout the body. The tilt angle of the fork tips is calculated so that it will not jam when inserted into a low pallet. Surface treatment uses powder electrostatic spraying. The coating covers all edges and hook grooves. There are three height adjustment holes at the hook position. Users can fine-tune the height difference between the left and right forks within a range of 35 mm to adapt to uneven ground. Each fork is inspected by ultrasonic for flaw detection. Permanently printed load map facilitates on-site verification of grade.
