80x40x1300 ITA/FEM Forks

A single 80x40x1300 ITA/FEM fork weighs 41 kilograms, has a total length of 1.3 meters, and a cross-section of 80 mm wide and 40 mm thick. This length is mainly aimed at stacking scenarios of pipes, profiles, long packaging boxes or wood processing industries, which requires the fork to still have sufficient bending stiffness when extending into the depth. This specification adopts precision forging and cold straightening process, and undergoes two stress relief treatments from blank to finished product to effectively control the lateral bending of 1300 mm length.

 

 

The 41kg configuration of each fork is not accidental. When fully loaded, the front end of this fork has a gentle downward deflection curve, which will not cause the front end of the pallet to tilt up and slip. The hook area is implemented in accordance with FEM Level IV hook standards, which enhances the bite depth of the upper and lower hooks and adapts to fretting wear during long-term use. The fork tips are laser hardened to form a self-sharpening wear-resistant layer that prevents them from becoming rounded after repeated entry and exit on cement floors. The surface is protected by black paint oxidation and anti-rust oil, which is especially suitable for high-humidity environments in open stockyards or pulp industries.

 

 

Each pair of forks is marked in pairs before leaving the factory, so that the actual bends of the two forks are controlled in opposite directions and offset each other after installation. The interface size is compatible with mainstream forklift hanging plates in Europe and Asia, and a matching gasket set is included to facilitate the elimination of accumulated gaps. This model is highly used in aluminum extrusion plants and furniture parts warehouses. It is also an ideal accessory for telescopic forks or distance-adjustable forks. The weight of a single unit of 41 kg allows skilled workers to replace it with bare hands without the assistance of a spreader.
