80x40x1200 ITA/FEM Forks

The weight of a single 80x40x1200 ITA/FEM fork is 39 kg, the cross-section is 80×40 mm, and the total length is 1200 mm. This extended specification mainly meets the needs for low-lift handling of large household appliances, glass panels or long box goods, and is often installed on walking or stand-up electric forklifts. The fork adopts the continuous roll forming process, and there is no forging dividing line in the whole body. The grain flow direction is highly consistent with the force trajectory. The interface complies with ITA/FEM Class II hook specifications. The vertical span of the upper hook and lower hook has been precision milled. No shim adjustment is required when matching the mainstream European forklift hanging plate.

 

 

The uniform mass distribution of 39 kilograms per fork increases the lateral stiffness of the entire fork, and the deflection under full static load is controlled within 1/350 of the span under a length of 1200 mm. The surface treatment adopts double-layer galvanizing and colorless passivation. The salt spray test withstands a cycle of up to 480 hours. It is suitable for frequent entry and exit of cold storage or contact with corrosive environments such as chemical fertilizers and seafood. The fork tips are induction hardened to a hardness of over 40HRC, and their wear resistance is better than the overall quenching and tempering. Before leaving the factory, magnetic particle inspection is performed one by one, focusing on the R-angle area at the root of the hook to eliminate micro-cracks. There is a deep steel stamp cast on the back of the fork, which contains batch number and maximum load center distance data to facilitate regular re-inspection. Packed with wooden partitions, single layers can be stacked to avoid collision and deformation during transportation.
