150x50x2000 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x2000 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 137 kg. The cross-section is 150mm wide and 50mm thick at the base, thinning linearly to 18mm towards the fork tips. The fork uses a vacuum diffusion welding process to metallurgically combine a 5 mm thick high-carbon chromium wear-resistant layer with a high-toughness alloy steel matrix, with an interface shear strength of not less than 400 MPa. The fork tip is prefabricated with a three-dimensional wear scale, which is layered and colored along the thickness direction. The surface is silver gray. It wears to the first warning line to expose the yellow coating, and to the second warning line to reveal the red coating. The operator can judge the remaining life without measuring. The contact surface of the hook is deposited with a diamond-like film assisted by ion beam. The friction coefficient is as low as 0.05, and the bonding force between the film layer and the substrate exceeds 70 N. The locking device has a built-in spiral spring accumulator. When the hanging plate produces a wear gap due to long-term use, the accumulator automatically pushes the inclined iron to compensate for the gap and always maintains zero shaking.

 

 

The fork surface is embossed with a feather-like fine texture with a texture depth of 0.15 mm, which can quickly divert accumulated water in rainy and snowy weather without any debris being embedded. Each fork undergoes ultra-cryogenic treatment at minus 60 degrees three times before leaving the factory to completely eliminate residual austenite and achieve extremely high dimensional stability. The surface is coated with transparent fluorocarbon varnish to retain the original color of the metal and facilitate visual inspection of fatigue cracks. The fork meets the ITA, FEM and ISO three-category hanging plate standards at the same time. The locking handle has a torque limiting function and will automatically idle to prevent damage when overloaded. The single weight of 137 kg is combined with four symmetrically distributed magnetic suction cups on the back of the fork.
