150x50x1800 Blank Forks

The weight of a single 150x50x1800 ITA/FEM/ISO finished fork is 126 kg. The cross-section is 150 mm wide and the root is 50 mm thick, gradually thinning to 22 mm towards the fork tips. Each step corresponds to a different load-bearing area. There are three sealed chambers along the length of the fork, filled with polymer damping gel. The gel absorbs impact energy when pushing heavy objects, reducing the impact noise felt in the cab by 60%. Four cylindrical wear indicator pillars are embedded under the fork tip. The cylinder is flush with the surface of the fork tip. When the fork tip is worn to the point where the cylinder is exposed by 2 mm, a red sleeve pops up from the spring in the column, prompting immediate deactivation. A permanent magnet auxiliary positioning block is installed on the back of the hook. When the hanging plate is pushed in, the magnetic force automatically attracts the fork to the correct height and keeps it close, making it easy for a single person to align it.

 

 

The entire fork surface is covered with replaceable diamond-shaped grid rubber anti-slip pads. The grid depth is 3 mm. After wear and tear, the entire sheet can be torn off and replaced without re-spraying or embossing. The locking pin adopts a double ratchet structure, which makes one click every time it rotates 90 degrees. After two clicks, the specified locking torque is reached, without the need for a torque wrench. The surface is coated with military green weather-resistant polyurethane paint, and luminous outline strips are affixed along the length of the fork. Each pair of forks undergoes a pairing acoustic test before leaving the factory. The noise difference between the left and right forks under the same impact does not exceed 2 decibels.
