100x45x1200 Blank Forks

100x45x1200 Blank Forks weigh 59kg each. The cross-section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.2 meters. This blank fork is directly rolled from a continuous cast billet, without any hook grooves or positioning holes, maintaining the purest rectangular cross-section. Each 59-kg billet has been normalized twice and tempered once to completely eliminate the internal stress of rolling. No distortion or deformation will occur after the user performs any asymmetric milling or local heating and welding. Symmetrical extension allowances are reserved at both ends of the fork tips. Users can shorten the forks to 900 or 1000 mm according to actual needs, or weld extensions of the same cross-section to 1400 mm, which is extremely flexible. All four corners of the fork surface are blunted into R8 rounded corners, so the sling will not be cut when handling bundled steel or heavy castings.

 

 

Before leaving the factory, the straightness of the entire length is tested one by one, and the bending amount per meter does not exceed 0.5 mm to ensure that users can easily find the alignment on the gantry milling machine. The surface is only shot blasted and coated with a thin layer of peelable anti-rust liquid. There is no need to polish to remove the coating before welding. Each pair of forks comes with a material composition spectral analysis report and hardness uniformity curve. With a single weight of 59 kg and three equidistant process screw holes on the back of the fork, it can be quickly fixed on a milling machine or welding positioner.
