150x50x1300 Blank Forks

150x50x1300 Blank Forks weigh 99kg each. The cross-section is 150 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and 1.3 meters long. The blank is directly rolled into rectangular bars from open-hearth steel ingots after preliminary rolling without any straightening, grinding or finishing processes, and is delivered in a rolled state. The straightness of the entire length is allowed to be 1.5 mm per meter, the lateral bending shall not exceed 2 mm per meter, and the end face slope shall not be greater than 3 degrees. The surface retains complete hot-rolled scales and slight rolling marks, and the thickness tolerance is based on ordinary hot-rolled steel. The fork tips are not chamfered and maintain the shape of rolled rounded corners. The actual measured weight of each fork allows a deviation of plus or minus 1.5 kilograms, and is handwritten on the end face with white chalk.

 

 

The material is Q235B, and only the reference value of the chemical composition of the furnace batch number is provided, and the mechanical properties are not guaranteed. No non-destructive testing is performed before leaving the factory, and no flaw detection report is attached. The surface is not coated with any anti-rust medium and is stacked naked. The packaging is bundled with steel straps, in groups of three, with sleepers at the bottom. There are no lifting holes on the back of the fork, and a wire rope must be used for lifting. The unit weight of 99 kg needs to be operated by two people, and it is strictly prohibited to carry it by one person.
