130x60x1000 Blank Forks

130x60x1000 Blank Forks have a single weight of 90 kg, a paired rated load capacity of 5000 kg, a load center of 500 mm, and an installation level of 3A. The section is 130 mm wide, 60 mm thick, and one meter long. This blank fork is specially designed for heavy-duty mold testing and large-scale press debugging, and is used as a machinable high-rigidity contour block. Each 90-kilogram billet is made of 42CrMoA high-strength steel for integral die forging. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is evenly distributed between 280 and 320HBW. The surface is rough-ground on six sides, with a flatness better than 0.1 mm, and a parallelism between the upper and lower planes better than 0.15 mm. Four rows of M20 threaded bottom holes are reserved on the fork surface, with a hole spacing of 120 mm. The user can tap and install lifting rings or pressure plates as needed. Both ends of the fork tip and fork back are machined with 20-degree chamfers to facilitate pushing in and out on the test mold platform.

 

 

Since it is in the Blank Forks state, no milling has been done on the hook area, and the complete forging plane is maintained. Users can process the 3A-level hanging plate slots by themselves or directly use it as an independent shim. Coat the surface with a thin layer of anti-rust oil and wrap it with plastic film. The steel stamp on the end face of each fork is marked with the actual weighing data and hardness detection value, so that the mold test engineers can accurately balance the weight. With a single weight of 90kg and two finely machined lifting holes on the fork back, it can be lifted smoothly by a single person using a workshop crane or balance crane. This specification is mainly used in automobile stamping mold debugging workshops, large injection molding machine test benches and mold installation stations of heavy forging presses, and is used as contour adjustment pads and temporary support piers.
